I’m a little slow off the mark again but I do like to stay in the know about what’s happening regarding getting around by bike in the CBD and recently discovered that the Brisbane CityLink trial has now officially been deemed a success and moves will be made to make the CityLink bike lanes a permanent feature of the city.
That dovetails well into other projects like the building of the new green bridges and, in my view, is another great step forward in making Brisbane more modern and liveable.
It’s becoming more and more difficult these days to find good news so this was extra pleasing for me.
Well, no time to sit about here – it’s time to go and ride in the magnificent winter weather while it lasts.
